Step 1

Every Leader Destined For Greatness Must Have His Consigliori

In step 1 we will begin your journey to a new understanding of leadership. You will discover 4 basic elements.

  • Like a rose by any other name, destiny is still destiny no matter what you call it. A leader must know his deepest passions and motivations.

  • When the mission matters more than anything else true leaders embrace challenge on the path to victory.

  • Missions are executed as a series of situations. There are always internal and external strengths and weaknesses. The true leader must assess each and determine strategies and tactics.

  • To have friends you must be a friend. The best friend any leader can have is his Consigliori.

Step 2

Leadership Self-Assessment

In step 2 your objective self-awareness and ability to describe your leadership strengths and weaknesses will be tested.

  • Objectivity is expressed on a 1 to 5 scale. 1 = no good, 5 = beyond awesome; plusses and minuses (+, -) are welcome.

  • Push yourself. Describe your reasoning. Your clear explanation is more important than your numerical assessment.

  • Through this journey as you find your Leadership expanding, I will work with you to develop it, if you give me the honor, in a one-to-one connection.

Step 3

Followership Article

In step 3 we will begin your journey to a new understanding of followership. You will discover 5 basic elements.

  • As a follower, yes, you must be dedicated to your leader. But you must not be a mere political creature. You must be dedicated to the mission itself with all you are.

  • "They also serve who only stand and wait." - John Milton. The mission to support is at least equal and may be greater than the mission to lead.

  • Performance is everything. The greatest performers care only about it.

  • All leaders need friends. The best followers are the best friends.

  • Followers deserve rewards for performance and contribution.

Step 4

Followership Self-Assessment

In step 4 your objective self-awareness and ability to describe your followership strengths and weaknesses will be tested.
