Step 1

In step 1 we will begin your journey to a new understanding of leadership. You will discover 4 basic elements.

Like a rose by any other name, destiny is still destiny no matter what you call it. A leader must know his deepest passions and motivations.

When the mission matters more than anything else true leaders embrace challenge on the path to victory.

Missions are executed as a series of situations. There are always internal and external strengths and weaknesses. The true leader must assess each and determine strategies and tactics.

To have friends you must be a friend. The best friend any leader can have is his Consigliori.
Step 2

Leadership Self-Assessment​

In step 2 your objective self-awareness and ability to describe your leadership strengths and weaknesses will be tested.

Objectivity is expressed on a 1 to 5 scale. 1 = no good, 5 = beyond awesome; plusses and minuses (+, -) are welcome.

Push yourself. Describe your reasoning. Your clear explanation is more important than your numerical assessment.

In step 3 we will begin your journey to a new understanding of followership. You will discover 5 basic elements.

As a follower, yes, you must be dedicated to your leader. But you must not be a mere political creature. You must be dedicated to the mission itself with all you are.
